Brand Matters


The Brand Matters forum is a bi-monthly meeting hosted by the Lloyd's Marketing team.

Its main objective is to provide a mechanism for marketing, brand and communications specialists within the Lloyd’s community to discuss issues of common interest. The format of the meetings can vary from a presentation to a workshop debate and the style is interactive. It is an ideal forum for participants to update their knowledge and network with their peers.

In recent meetings we have covered the below topics:

  • How working with the arts can make your business more creative
  • Understanding financial value of brands
  • Focus on the Customer - Understanding and delighting them - Part 2
  • Focus on the Customer - Getting them and keeping them - Part 1
  • Creative or Destructive - How to assess your marketing strategies


We currently have over 120 invitees which include representatives from managing agents, Lloyd’s brokers, the LMA and LMBC. On average we have about 30 - 40 attendees at each meeting.
